Return Policy
If you receive any merchandise damaged during shipping, notify us within 24 hours of receipt, we will authorise return address and shipping directions. If an item is returned for any other reason, please notify us within 30 days with reason and comments for such returns. We will authorise a return address and shipping instructions quickly. This applies to all merchandise except sale or discounted items, sold-as-is items or close-out merchandise.

Back Order Policy
If any item is not in stock at the time of order due to short supply or out of stock situation, you will be notified immediately by e-mail and given the choice of (1) canceling your order,(2) a second choice in-stock item or(3) we will give you an approximate time when merchandise should be restocked.

Shipping Policy
The Outdoor Lighthouse, Lighthouse Furniture, Lighthouse Mailboxes will be shipped by UPS -- FREE shipping and it will take about 2-3 weeks from order for shipping, Lighthouse Art Prints and Custom Wood Frames  will be shipped by FED-EX--FREE shipping. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks
